Housing Market WP Connect

Housing Market WP Connect is a WordPress plugin that connects an existing WordPress website to Housing Market CRM. It imports the listings already on the website, shows your CRM listings on the website and sends enquiries to the CRM. Install the plugin, choose Connect to Housing Market under WP Connect, Connection, sign in with your Housing Market account or create one, and approve. You can disconnect at any time, also from the CRM.

An import wizard detects listings from Houzez, Real Homes, WP Residence, Estatik, Essential Real Estate and Easy Property Listings, or maps any custom post type. It previews the import with a validation report, imports in the background and never duplicates a property when you run it again. Your original posts are never deleted: keep them, make them drafts or redirect their old addresses. Imported properties go into My Properties in Housing Market CRM, which is the master copy.

Property pages are built on the server at your own domain, with structured data, social tags and sitemap entries designed for search engines to read, and old addresses can redirect to them. Blocks and shortcodes show a grid, search, featured properties, a property page, an agent card and an enquiry form. Edit a property in the CRM and the website follows. Enquiries from the built-in form, Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms or Elementor Forms arrive in the CRM as leads linked to the property, and are queued and retried if the CRM cannot be reached.

The plugin is free, and connecting one website, importing into the CRM, showing properties, receiving leads and the optional Housing Market Ads pixel are included at no cost. The Pro plan of Housing Market CRM adds more connected websites, the map and similar-properties blocks and publishing to a country portal, and Business adds two-way sync, off by default, where the newest edit wins. The wizard detects common property plugins, but every theme stores listings a little differently, so check the preview before you import.
