Housing Market Manager tracks rent as due, paid or late, with reminders. It routes maintenance requests to contractors, stores leases with renewal alerts and produces an owner statement for each property, including properties with more than one owner.
Housing Market Group never collects rent or handles any other payment: Manager records what your agency has received.
Tenant screening, on CRM Pro and Business, gives each applicant one secure link to submit identity documents, proof of income and references once, with their consent recorded, and gives your agency a single application pack. Only the agency that asked can see it, and documents are kept only for the retention period of that market.
