A free international network, coming soon, where agents and developers find and work with each other across 34 markets. Free for agents, and free for developers to join.
Housing Market MLS is coming soon. Agents and developers join free by signing up themselves and verifying their identity. Trust badges show what has been checked for each member: identity, business, a licence where a public register exists, and track record.
Agents choose which of their listings to share, one by one or all at once, and set the commission split they offer. Agents abroad see the split before they take a listing on, register their buyers with developers, and can show cooperating listings on their Housing Market Cloud website through a feed.
Agents use it free, and developers upload their projects free. Developers who want to announce a project to the agents of the countries they choose will be able to run an outreach campaign, paid once: 199 USD for one country, up to 2,499 USD for every market. Campaigns are coming soon.
The Housing Market MLS website is public, and a developer can choose to show a preview of a project on it. Commission splits, private notes, buyer registrations and agent ratings are never public, and never appear on the Housing Market portals or on agent websites.
