Housing Market Mortgage connects mortgage brokers with buyers on the Housing Market country portals. A buyer looking at a specific property asks for a mortgage quote and confirms their email by link, and the lead goes to the brokers who cover that place. The service is in Beta.
You create a broker account, mark the places you cover on a map and choose exclusive leads, which go to one broker only, shared leads, which go to up to three brokers at a lower price, or both. Your card is charged for each lead that is delivered. There is no prepaid balance.
Each lead is tied to the property the buyer was looking at. A lead with a fake number or an invalid contact can be reported for review by our team. Parts of the broker dashboard are currently updating.
