Housing Market Publisher

Housing Market Publisher lets website owners show Housing Market Ads on their site and earn from paid campaigns. In the Publisher app you sign in with your Housing Market account, accept the publisher terms, add your website and prove it is yours with a DNS TXT record, a meta tag or a file on the site. Housing Market staff review each site before any ad appears.

Then you create ad slots, in standard sizes or responsive, and paste one script per page. The default rate is 2 USD per thousand viewable impressions of paid campaigns, and an impression is viewable when at least 50 percent of the ad is on screen for 1 continuous second. The rate in force is the one shown in your account. House ads, which are free Housing Market promotions, earn nothing and stay off unless you switch them on, and if no paid campaign fits a visitor the slot disappears instead of showing an empty box.

Earnings are held for 30 days after they are earned so that invalid traffic can be removed. Payouts run once a month for balances of at least 100 USD, and smaller balances carry over. They are made by bank transfer, with an online option where one is offered for your country; payout options can differ by country, and the payout page shows what is offered for yours.

Housing Market Publisher does not estimate or promise earnings, which depend on your visitors and on whether paid campaigns fit them. Advertisers opt in to appear on network sites and can block individual sites, and you can block advertisers. Invalid traffic, such as bots, your own views and clicks and repeated clicks from one device, is not counted or paid, and unusual patterns put a site under review. Nothing identifying is set until a visitor agrees to advertising, and in some countries, for example in the EU and UK, no ad appears until they do.
