The Housing Market API returns published property listings from the Housing Market Group portals as JSON over HTTPS. You choose the countries you need, a region or worldwide coverage, and one key carries that scope.
Standard returns listings with every property detail described in the reference. Advanced adds Insights: aggregated market data by place and period, which never describes an individual person, agent or listing.
Both tiers cost the same: 250 USD per country per month, 1,200 USD per region or 3,000 USD for worldwide coverage. Paying annually costs ten months for twelve.
It is built to be integrated, not copied: cursor pagination with no totals, limits and quotas per key, a registered server address and an OpenAPI specification. Contact details are removed from descriptions, images are delivered as watermarked links that expire, and the API terms do not allow the data to be resold or passed on.
