When it does not know an answer, it says that you will confirm and flags the question to you.
As the conversation goes on, it records the budget, timeline, purpose, financing status, preferred areas and property type on the lead, keeps a short summary up to date, suggests other matching listings, follows up when a lead goes quiet and moves the lead between your existing pipeline stages, logging the reason for every step.
You stay in control. By default every draft waits for your approval in the lead file. AI Autopilot stops completely on a lead as soon as you reply yourself, or the lead asks for a viewing, makes an offer or asks it to stop, and it never sends one lead more than one email a day.
