Privacy Statement

Last modified 4 October 2026

This Privacy Statement explains how Housing Market (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Housing Market Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you use our websites, our property portals and our products, such as Housing Market CRM, Housing Market Ads and Housing Market Cloud (together, our “services”). Personal information means information that identifies you, such as your name, email address or phone number.

Information we collect

We collect personal information when you give it to us, for example when you:

  • create an account or sign in
  • send an enquiry about a property, or contact an agent, an owner or us
  • publish a listing, or ask us for a market estimate for your property
  • buy a plan, subscription or other paid service
  • subscribe to emails or contact our support team

This can include your name, email address, phone number, the details of your enquiry or listing, your account settings and your preferred language.

We also collect some information automatically when you use our services: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at them. On our websites this happens partly through cookies, described below.

How we use it

  • to provide our services, including your account and the features of the plan you use
  • to deliver your enquiry to the agent, owner or developer who published the listing
  • to send the emails you ask for, and messages about your account and your purchases
  • to process payments
  • to keep our services secure and to prevent fraud and abuse
  • to understand how our services are used and to improve them
  • to comply with the law

You can stop marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each one, or by contacting us. Messages about your account or a purchase are not marketing and continue while you have the account.

Data you keep in Housing Market CRM

The contacts, leads, conversations and other data a customer keeps in Housing Market CRM belong to that customer. We process them only to provide the CRM to the customer, including routing the enquiries the customer’s own listings produce. We do not sell them, we do not use them to market to the people they describe, and we do not share them with other agents or for anyone’s marketing. The customer can export them. If your details are in a customer’s CRM, that customer decides how they are used, and you can contact them directly.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only in these cases:

  • with the agent, owner or developer you send an enquiry to, so that they can answer you
  • with service providers that run parts of our services for us, under contract and only for that purpose: Amazon Web Services (hosting, data storage, sign-in and email delivery), Cloudflare (delivering and protecting our websites), Stripe (payments) and Google (website analytics, described below)
  • when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us
  • as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, in which case this Privacy Statement continues to apply to your information

Advertisers on Housing Market Ads receive reports of how their campaigns performed, such as impression and click counts. They do not receive your contact details unless you send them an enquiry yourself.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe’s use of your information is described in its privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy).

Where your information is stored

Our services are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. If you use them from another country, your personal information is transferred to, stored in and processed in the United States.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar browser storage that our services need to work, for example to keep you signed in and to remember your language and display preferences.

Many of our websites use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages are used. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and receives your IP address, which we ask it to shorten so that it does not identify you. How Google uses this information is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

You can set your browser to refuse cookies. If you do, signing in and some other features may not work.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services to you, and afterwards only as long as the law requires or as we need it to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Security

We protect personal information with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections to our websites. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw any consent you have given. You can correct most account information yourself in your account settings. For anything else, contact us using the details below. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this Privacy Statement

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. If a change is significant, we may also tell you on our websites or by email.

Governing law

This Privacy Statement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and of the United States. Any dispute arising from this Privacy Statement or from your use of our services is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida.

Google Calendar

Housing Market CRM lets an estate agent connect their own Google Calendar so that appointments booked in the CRM appear in the calendar they already use. Connecting is optional, the agent starts it themselves from within the CRM, and the CRM works without it.

When an agent connects their Google account we request two permissions: permission to create and update calendar events (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events), and permission to read their existing events (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly).

We use the write permission to place viewings and appointments the agent schedules in the CRM into their own calendar, and to update or cancel those same entries when they change in the CRM. We use the read permission to see which times the agent is already busy, so that the CRM does not offer a client a slot the agent cannot attend. We read free/busy information and event times for this purpose; we do not use the content of an agent’s unrelated personal events for any purpose.

We access only the calendar of the agent who connected their own account. We never access a colleague’s, a client’s or any other person’s calendar.

We store the connection itself: an encrypted access token and refresh token, the connected account’s email address so the agent can see which account is linked, and a record of which CRM appointment corresponds to which calendar event so that a later change reaches the right entry. We do not copy the agent’s calendar into our database, and we do not retain the content of events we did not create.

We do not sell, transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model. No member of our staff reads it, except where an agent asks us to investigate a problem with their own connection, or where the law requires it.

An agent can disconnect at any time in the CRM under Settings then Connections, which revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens. They can also revoke it directly at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting stops all further access immediately; appointments already written to their calendar remain theirs and are not removed.

Housing Market CRM’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube API Services

Housing Market Group uses YouTube API Services to publish its own videos, such as product tutorials, to its own YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@housingmarketgroup). Our staff use an internal publishing tool that calls the YouTube API only to upload and manage our own videos, captions, thumbnails and playlists.

We do not access, collect, store or share YouTube user data through YouTube API Services. Our YouTube publishing tool is used only by our own staff against our own channel and does not ask members of the public to sign in with a Google account, and we do not read information from your YouTube account or from any channel other than our own. Separately, agents may choose to connect their own Google Calendar to Housing Market CRM — see the Google Calendar section above.

Some pages on our websites show embedded YouTube videos. Those videos are provided by YouTube, and by watching them you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). YouTube and Google may collect information when you watch them, as described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

You can review and revoke any application’s access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).
