An application for property developers to launch off-plan projects: floor plans, unit types, price lists and a live grid of available, reserved and sold units.
Developers set up each project with its floor plans, unit types, price lists and media, and keep a live unit grid showing what is available, reserved and sold. Each project gets a page on the country portal with live availability, and enquiries arrive as the developer’s leads.
Buyers and agents can reserve a unit online. The reservation is held for a limited time while the developer approves it. Deposits are recorded for tracking only: Housing Market Group does not take or hold payments.
Agents who use Housing Market CRM see developer projects and available units, can reserve a unit for their buyer and track commission per unit sold. The developer’s dashboard shows sales progress, units by status, agent performance and the reservation pipeline.
