Cloud is live: you can create an account, start from a template, add your properties and publish a website today. Every account starts on Cloud Free, and Cloud Pro at $49/month and Cloud Business at $99/month are paid plans the owner of an account moves onto from inside the product. Some of what the plans include is still being built, and housingmarketcloud.com says exactly which parts.
It is designed to connect to the rest of the ecosystem rather than stand apart from it: enquiries raised on a Cloud site are intended to land in Housing Market CRM, and listings are intended to stay current through the same API and XML integrations the marketplaces use.
