Housing Market Website Widget

The Housing Market Website Widget is a copy-and-paste embed that shows your Housing Market CRM listings on your own website. Choose from six widget types: a listings grid, a search bar, a featured strip, a property card, an enquiry form and an agent card. It works on Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress and custom websites, and where a website builder removes script tags, the Pro plan of Housing Market CRM and above offers an iframe snippet instead.

You set widgets up in Housing Market CRM, in the Website Widgets section. Colours, layout and which properties appear are changed there, so you never paste the code again. The widget shows the properties in My Properties that you switch on for your website, with the address hidden and the map pin rounded unless you choose to show the exact location. Enquiries land in the CRM as leads linked to the property, and Property Analytics shows views and enquiries for each widget, counted anonymously and without cookies.

Start with a free Housing Market CRM account, add your website in the Websites tab and prove it is yours, choose a widget and paste the embed code once. Listings that live elsewhere can be imported into My Properties from a spreadsheet, from a feed such as Kyero, Property Finder or Bayut, or from your own website with the crawl importer (beta, Business plan). You review every import before it is saved, importing again updates properties instead of duplicating them, and nothing is deleted. On the Free plan, widgets carry a small Powered by Housing Market label; Pro and above removes it and adds the featured strip, more websites, feed import, larger spreadsheet imports and an optional retargeting pixel for Housing Market Ads, off by default.

A widget draws its listings in the visitor’s browser, so search engines index them more slowly and less reliably than pages built on a server, and the property windows are not separate pages. If you need search traffic to individual properties, choose a website built on a server, such as a Housing Market Cloud website. The widget’s own text and the CRM screens are in English first.
